Where2Go App app for iPhone and iPad

Where2Go was designed for high-volume delivery companies who want to display a large number of delivery and pick-up locations on a map for their driver(s). These locations change on a daily basis, so new maps have to be created. To display this information, Where2Go integrates with an uploaded file containing address and other information through a web-based porthole or it can retrieve this data automatically from a server.

Through the development process it was uncovered that these companies also have to be able to keep track of their drivers’ time and may want to see where their drivers are during the workday. As a result, a timekeeping function was included to keep track of when a driver clocks in/out; starts/finishes his route; or takes a break. These unique times are logged in a downloadable spreadsheet for accounting and payroll.

Route managers asked for the ability to locate a driver’s position on-demand. This feature was integrated into the manager’s porthole. Anyone with porthole access can view, in real-time a driver’s location. Also available on the manager’s porthole is the ability to add and remove drivers; create and change passwords, and see which drivers have logged in.
